Fits a little snug
It is thick , I got a size 3x .. I’m normally in a 3x shirt , 2x pants … weigh 311 lbs height 5’7It fits snug but I’ve stretched my arms very far and stretched my legs , did full squats and it feels durable. No rips or anything so I’ll come back and update in a week of use.All I did was try it on and did those stretching movements for about 5 minutes and took it off and I was already dripping sweat, so it definitely works in that area.

I ordered the XL because I weigh 225lbs…& it fit perfectly! A little loose in the knees with xtra room in the belly when it comes to zipping it up & the belt that comes around the waist definitely pulls that belly in! So far so good!

I’m only giving a three stars because I just bought it and I haven’t actually tried it, but I did try it on. I am normally xl/1X 5’5 and a weight around 240 pounds. Extra large fit but a little snug like the belt on it barely closed, I think I’m just gonna keep it that way I don’t have to buy another one when I start losing weight simply because I’ve had something similar to this before, and I had to size down within like two months of using it.
