Feels good, looks jazzy and low profile and sleek!
It feels solid, adjusts easily, the velcro is good quality and stays put! I don’t know if my waist is in training, but my torso being supported this way has given me such relief in my back and shoulders when wearing it doing physical labor jobs or sitting for long stretches. It’s not too bulky, looks sporty and like a choice and not like an injury accessory for the aged! Yay! Im sticking with it. It’s a nice strong hug for my RIBCAGE and MOM BELLY!!

I’ve had this waist trainer since December 2019 and have worn it less than 10 times and part of the material is coming undone and I mean the the plastic inserts that give it support. One of the plastic inserts came out but it still works I just know it’s not going to last long. It’s a cheaper waist trainer and you get what you buy. If you’re serious about waist training you should buy a better product.—————————————————————————–I want to update this review as of 6/17/2020, I received a second waist trainer free of charge and this trainer is very sturdy and durable, i felt completely supported. i am satisfied, thank you jueachy!

My review is mixed. I don’t hate it, I just had to actually use it to give an honest review. Ok so at first when I got it and tried it on I was so impressed. The compression was A1. I felt the material was very good and well made. I was not sure of the threading and seams cause I knew I was gonna put in a little work with this band and was hoping I will hold up. So I’ve been wearing it for 1 week (M-F) and unfortunately two ribs came poking out the bottom😭 plus the ribs is metal or aluminum so it’s great quality and give you that support so I was so bummed out. I absolutely love this band and want to purchase another one but I don’t want this to happen again. I will continue to use it of course cause the compression is still great to me. It really does conch you. I just won’t have the proper back support cause eventually I know all the ribs will poke out. So that’s my review I hope it helps.

Pfft. Sweat? Light Work. You mean DRENCHED
I love this waist trimmer, and I’m telling you it really works. I am not someone who sweats on the back but trust me, when I put this thing on, it was ALL OVER! My brother and I went for a long walk (4.95 miles to be exact) and when I took it off at home, my midsection including myback WAS DRENCHED.I will say it was hard to breath about 2 miles into that walk, but that’s to be expected when you put something like this on, so be mindful of that. As soon as I took it off I was gasping for air like a fish out of water lol. Of course if you don’t want to torture yourself like I did, you don’t have to, and it’s best to pace yourself. If your doing 4 miles like I did for example, take it off after 2 miles or whenever you can’t take it anymore, because it will feel like your in a sauna, and see your results.If you want to sweat, you WILL SWEAT.Not sure if this works for pain relief because it isn’t what I got it for and I don’t have pain, but I’m sure it can be very helpful if you want your body to be STRAIGHT with good posture.It’s also very cute! (Got mine in pink)

Best waist trainer!
I have tried a few different waist trainers over the past couple of years, and this one is my favorite. It’s really comfortable, great quality, and I can still breathe while working out with it on. I also like that I can adjust how tight it fits. I am 5’6, 137 pounds, with a 26 inch waist and athletic build. I’m a fitness competitor, and while I don’t use waist trainers to shrink my waist, I do like them for the posture and back support they provide and to help me sweat more around my mid-section, and this one definitely does all of those things. I also feel that it helps me engage my core. I highly recommend this waist trainer.

I love it its breathable its just a bit small from top to bottom it doesn’t grab all my tummy just in the middle but other than that its great .. do read the sizes though its not very adjustable

Je l’ai acheté, mais pas encore utilisé. Le modèle est conforme au déscriptif, féminin, facile à placer (multi-scratchs). A l’essayage je le trouve très confortable puisqu’on peut le serrer à sa convenance. Je ne peux pour l’instant parler de son efficacité sur la minceur mais ce système de sudation a fait ses preuves alors oui je suis confiante.
