    I bought this for my daughter to do Yoga and stretching. We have hard tile flooring and the foam thickness is perfect and you don't feel the hard floor beneath the mat. Long enough where 2 of us can sit and stretch together as well. For the price and the quality of the product this is a great choice. Highly recommend purchasing.

    I have kinda bad knees. doing yoga was tuff in some poses. I got this for that reason and it help out a ton. I love the feeling of the mat underneath me. Ive had it a few months and am starting to see some wear issues..seems like the material is either stretching or cracking or idk…leaving lines. Maybe due to the thickness. To early to tell how long it will last however for the price its serving me right.

    自宅で自重筋トレをするために購入しました。
    柔らかすぎたり薄すぎると、床に当たる感じがして痛い、逆に厚すぎるとかさばるし身体がブレるので、この商品はちょうど良かったです。
    実際使ってみないと判断しにくいですが、買って正解でした！カスが出ることもいまのところないです。

    付属の紐？も、簡単な作りなのにしっかりまとめられる優れもの。最初は「どうやって使うの？」と思いましたが、パッケージの説明を見ながら使ってみたら、簡単でシンプル。「よく考えられてるなー！」とちょっと感動しました。

    HIIT用に。飛んだり跳ねたりしますが、この厚みなら衝撃や音をかなり軽減できます。
    表面は布地でなくラバーコートのような感じで、平坦で不快感は無く、かつ滑り止め効果は抜群です。
    布地のように汗を吸いませんので拭き取るだけで済み、扱いはラクです。
    追い込んでいるときにフォームが崩れないようにメモリを使いますが、これは非常に便利ですね。フォームがぶれないので動作に集中できます。

    ゴム臭はかなりあります。時間を置いて徐々に軽減はされますが腕立てなんかで顔が近づくとハッキリ分かるレベルです。
    こういったニオイに敏感な方は避けた方が無難です。

    2年以上使っていますが、クッション性が落ちた感じはしません。
    他のレビューにもある通り、多少表面の凸凹は出てきています。（何かが剥がれているわけではないです。）
    柔らかいので、多少伸びたような感じがしなくもないです。
    気になるところはそんなところですが、ガイドライン付きのマットはなかなかないですし、床だと痛いとか滑り止めの目的で購入したので、長く使えてますし満足しています。
