The product is great and Spreetail is hands down nothing short of amazing. I bought this set for my son’s birthday, the night before while wrapping gifts I found out the first set was missing two of the weights. Spreetail was contacted around midnight when I found this out. They went above and beyond and by 6am a replacement set was on the way. They really went out of their way to make this a great experience. Thank you so much! And he loves the weights!

Not typically someone that leaves a review, unless there is something extra special involving customer service – Which was definitely the case in this situation.
The product is absolutely fine, I’d easily recommend them for someone needing some beginner sized weights for home or something. The weights are very high quality, and feel good in your hand. The stand feels kinda flimsy, but it does the job just fine ( land let’s be honest, I don’t think anyone is buying this product for the stand) – But it does work.
The real reason for leaving a review here though was the incredible customer service. We ran into an issue with our purchase of this product and within 12 hours of me reaching out, the company had sent over an amazing solution that was incredibly convenient for us. They definitely bent over backwards for us on this their trouble shooting and made sure we were taken care of.
Highly recommend supporting and working with these folks!

The box busted and only half of the weights were in there by the time I got the order. There wasn't a way to get the missing weights so I had to return it and order a new set. They were initially only going to give me half the cost back since I only returned half the weights, but I told them that I can't return something that you never sent me and I suggested that they start using a better quality cardboard for shipping heavy items like this. They use that cheap waxy cardboard that you can put a hole through with your finger to ship 15lbs of weights in. They did finally give me the full cost back and the second set I got was was all there, although a few more miles of traveling and that shipping box wasn't going to make it either. The weights themselves are good and the stand is adequate, provided that they can get it to you all in one piece.
