When I first took this out of the package I was like is this an XL for a child or an adult. I noticed that it was a bit stretchy and then tried to put my arms through it to put it on. If you are bigger like I am. I would recommend putting your legs through it and then pulling it up to put it on.I love that this has grips on the top and bottom of it to hold it up. This is super comfortable to me. I bought this to help burn my belly fat, I must say that I started to sweat in this almost right away. I’m glad that I went with my true shirt size when I ordered this because I feel like it fits perfectly the way I want it to. This is also light weight and to me I think it’s worries to the small amount of money that I spent to buy it.
