This was not as functional as I thought. Yes it helps you sweat but it’s very small and doesn’t cover the entire stomach which makes it not functional to me. I’m 5’7, 175 lbs for ref.

This was ordered for my wife who has used it everyday for a week or so now, and these are her observations. First and foremost this waist trimmer wrap does seem to have a reducing effect that makes her feel better after a workout. Especially after a treadmill run, she says there is a significant amount of moisture trapped between the wrap and her skin, so it seems to draw off some water weight at the very least.The only drawback is that there a certain exercises that cause some discomfort for short waisted people. For example when she does crunches or some pilates movements the wrap will ride up and rub on the bottom of her breasts which she says is uncomfortable. There is also a very strong smell that emanates from the neoprene liner at first, but that is starting to go away as is not as overwhelming as it was at first. In time it will probably go away completely. All in all she is quite satisfied with it and happy that we ordered it.

I can get it adjusted to sit super snug on my torso, yet the way it is cut and shaped it doesn’t make me feel like I’m choking or to cause acid reflux. However, waist trainers require diet and regular exercise to really shape the body.Wearing a waist trainer must be done in conjunction with routine exercise and healthy eating habits to aid your weight-loss efforts and help your waistline look slimmer and smoother, in addition to other benefits.Just remember, it is best not to wear a waist trainer on a long-term basis due to how it affects your abdominal muscles, and you should definitely avoid sleeping in a waist trainer.

After a 30 minute jog today, I could see how this wrap helped me sweat quite a bit. It was a weird feeling but I enjoyed seeing it work. It fits well, and it’s non irritating. It’s a great value for the price as well
