Great Fit & Features, Just Runs a Bit Short.
I ordered this jacket in the blue violet color and it is absolutely beautiful in person. The material is soft, comfortable, and holds up well after washing, which is always a big plus. I really like the functionality of this jacket—the zippered pockets on the outside are great for keeping things secure, and the two open pockets on the inside are a nice added bonus. The thumb holes on the sleeves are also a feature I enjoy, especially for workouts or cooler weather.It is definitely more fitted than I expected, and I was hoping it would be a bit longer. Great Gift For Mom
God bless my mother for staying active and in amazing shape at 67 years old. She literally ran an ultra marathon with me a couple of years ago. Well, she ran the 25K and I ran the 50K, but still, she’s an incredible woman. And she spends a lot of time moving and on her feet, so she can always use a new running jacket.She’s not super particular about things, but she has a type of jacket that she likes, and I knew she would love this one. And I was right. She loves that it’s light enough to wear on a cool day without overheating and it’s a good fit as well. She’s about 5’3″ and 130lbs and a medium fits her with just a bit of room. Definitely a more slim fit type of cut, but works well for her. The material is soft and stretchy and she loves the mid blue color of the one we picked for her.If you have ever been into running, you know that name brand gear is nice, but holy price tag Batman. So she doesn’t buy or want jackets that cost $300. Not when you can get nice apparel like this that is functional and stylish for a tenth of the price.She’s happy with the jacket, so I’m happy with it too.

Size up 1 or 2 sizes depending on the fit you want
The listing describes this as having a “slim-fitting design”. Since I don’t want the world to see every contour of my lower torso, I ordered one size up from my usual size and got a nice, close-fitting jacket, rather than clingy revealing one. If I wanted more of a loose fit, I think two sizes up would be the way to go.This is an all synthetic fabric, but it feels really nice, and very smooth to the touch. I like wearing the jacket. It adds a nice bit of warmth when you put it on, but way less than a fleece jacket – just what I want for exercise. I got the “Berry Red” option, and love the color. It is shown accurately in the listing photos. The sleeves are on the long size because they are meant to cover a good portion of your hand when you are using the thumb holes. I can easily fold the cuff up to get a shorter sleeve, when I want that. The pockets are generously sized and usable.Made in China.
