This does what needs to be done, the key is sizing down, it’s tight but not unbearable to where I can breath, I love all the clippings to make sure that this waist trainer snatches you in. I wouldn’t wear it as shape-wear because you can definitely see the boning if you’re wearing something tight, but this is great to wear around the house or to the gym, it doesn’t fold up while you’re wearing it.

this is sooo comfy! it’s super soft, stretchy, somehow breathable, and even with all that, it tucks everything in really well! also good for back support if that’s your intention.the zipper is the only issue, it’s usually pretty visible under any top i use.

WORTH IT!!
This waist trainer is definitely that girl. I got an x large for comfort, right now I use it on the first clips and it is sooo comfortable even gives support to zip it up. For an X-Large it covers my whole stomach up to my breast and back fat, which is perfect. Good to sit in as well, nothing pokes or hurts when I do sit. I could definitely make it tighter if I wanted to and it would still feel comfortable, and not feeling restricted. Overall 10/10 will buy again when I wear this out!

I bought the Nebility Waist Trainer because I wanted a little extra help looking like I have my life together. This thing zipped up, hugged me tight, and instantly transformed me from “soft cinnamon roll” to “structural support beam.”The zipper + velcro combo is no joke. Once you’re in, you’re IN. I felt like I needed a safe word, but in a good way. It cinched my waist so well I briefly considered listing it as my emergency contact.Breathing? Optional. Confidence? Through the roof. My posture improved, my tummy flattened, and I suddenly walked around the house like I was filming a dramatic perfume commercial.If you want a waist trainer that holds you together better than your last relationship, this one’s a winner. Just remember: put it on before eating… unless you enjoy making deals with your digestive system.

Provides the same compression as a good pair of pantyhose
Light and breathable, but only provided about an inch of compression.

This is actually a nice compression faja with boning that doesn’t hurt after wearing for more than 5 mins. I honestly could’ve sized down for better compression because I just purchased it and can wear it on the tightest buckle. Overall, It help to keep your abdomen stabilized and comfortable to wear.

Love this waist trainer it has the first layer to get feeling like a normal size and then the zipper really sucks. Doesn’t roll up at all and stays in place. I definitely recommend this for getting a smaller waist.
