This definitely helps my stomach sweat more. It keeps me from being able to flex and the hips normally though. It’s is very comfortable to ware and I personally like to tighten the straps from the right side and place them on the left, so technically I have to turn this upside down to get it to work for me. It’s truly a great material and I would recommend this band to anyone.

I actually thought I was purchasing a sweet Sweat Since that is what I had before. When this product came in I decided to give it a try and it definitely does the job sweat sweat sweat. I will say I have had sweat leakage while using this product, I purchased a medium. I’m 5′ 7″ and 168 lbs. Not sure if that means I need to go up a size or if it doesn’t hold a seal. The coverage is where it was supposed to be and I was able to pull it tight enough with no problem. So size doesn’t seem to be the issue. As I work out sometimes I need to readjust it now that I have had it for a little while, like if it gets loose but not a big deal for me. I have not had any skin irritation using this product but I do make sure to clean it with every use and it dries . While wiping it down I do notice the black comes off on the microfiber I use on it which can’t be good. Otherwise I will continue to use it and if you are looking for a slightly more economical option, this could work for you.
