Before I start I'm letting it be known that this is my first ever waist trainer, so bare with me. I LOVE THIS!! I've gained some weight and it's time I take proactive steps to lose it, so I'm starting my weight loss journey now. I haven't worked out in this trainer yet but I start on Monday so I'll come back next week with better info. But I did sleep in it last night. I woke up this morning and my entire midsection was soaked in sweat! I love that it not only functions as a waist trainer but it also helps with lumbar support and posture. It's impossible to slump or slouch while wearing this! It's definitely wider and covers more of your midsection compared to others I've checked out, so I'm soooo glad I went with this one! It's soft on the outside and the inside is the same material used for pro scuba suits. This morning when I took it off I did smell like I'd been wearing a scuba suit 😂 but I totally don't even care, the sweat this waist trainer produced while I literally did nothing but sleep amazes me. The velcro is VERY STRONG! I ordered a small, without reading the measurements, but luckily it wraps around me. Definitely check the measurements with your own! I totally lucked out, it does wrap around me enough for me to get it closed but there isn't much extra length, that's why I say the velcro is STRONG 😄 The way it made me sweat I'm confident my waist will get smaller 🥰🤗😁 The outside is soft and smooth, while the inside is some kind of insulated rubber that just forces your waist to sweat. Wearing it IS comfortable on my skin, I'm so excited to watch the inches melt away. And I appreciate that it comes with it's own lil carrier bag, very convenient for taking it to the gym or travel in general. Definitely recommend! Just check the measurements! Soooo happy I got this! ❤️

    My waistline has really shrunk a lot. Through exercise, diet, and wearing it, I've lost a significant amount of weight. It's very easy to use, comfortable to wear, and makes you sweat quickly! Just the right size! Absolutely great value for money!

    This waist trainer sweat belt does what it’s supposed to in terms of helping you sweat more during workouts, especially around the stomach area. I definitely noticed increased sweating when wearing it, which was the main reason I wanted to try it.
    However, the biggest downside for me is that the belt has very little stretch, which makes it less comfortable to wear compared to other waist trimmer belts I’ve used before. Because it doesn’t flex much, it can feel a bit stiff during movement and not as easy to adjust for a comfortable fit.
    The material itself seems decent and it stays in place fairly well, but the lack of flexibility makes it harder to wear for longer workouts or extended periods.
    Overall, it works for increasing sweat, but I do wish it had more stretch for comfort. It’s okay, just not my favorite waist trainer I’ve tried.

    I actually really like this waist trainer. It's easy to put on, unlike a lot of other waist trainers I've tried. It really sucks you in and you can decide how tight you want it with the velcro. It's a really nice thick quality and it fit me well. I'm 5'4 195 lbs and this fit great. It's comfortable to wear and not too hot. It definitely keeps the sweat in when you are working out. It didn't really have a smell when I received it, which is nice. Definitely a great waist trainer and I recommend it!
