Good for sweat, not so much for shaping
I got this because I wanted to add some extra sweat during my workouts. The two pack was a good deal and I liked that it came with a laundry net bag.The first thing I notice when I put it on is how adjustable it is. The velcro closure lets me get the fit right, and the fabric is breathable and flexible. I can move freely without feeling restricted. The compression fit is there but it is not intense.What works well is the sweat. It definitely makes me sweat more in my midsection during cardio and high intensity training. I feel warmer and I am dripping by the end of my workout. The set comes with two belts, so I can swap them out and wash one while using the other. The laundry net bag makes machine washing easy.Here is the thing about shaping. This is not going to give you an hourglass silhouette on its own. It is a sweat belt, not a structured waist trainer. If you want serious compression and shaping, this is not that. For adding heat and sweat to your workout, it does the job.One thing to be aware of is that the fabric is breathable but it still gets hot. That is the point, but good to know. One other thing, is that these smell really bad. Like I couldn’t keep them in my room, because they smelled like chemicals so much. I washed them before using, but there is still a lingering smell. They came with a card to make them smell like perfume which I think is cute, but I didn’t make the chemical smell go away totally. At least the company tried. to remedy the issue.I think these are best for anyone who wants to increase sweat during workouts to really melt that midsection. Overall it is comfortable, adjustable, and makes me sweat.

These waist trainer belts are fantastic! The material is comfortable, stretchy & really helps you sweat during workouts.They’re easy to adjust & don’t roll down like others I’ve tried. Plus, they’re lightweight & breathable, which makes wearing them for longer periods much more comfortable.I love that it comes as a 2-pack, so I can rotate them between washes! Awful odor to it
The smell of these waist trainers is atrocious. I can’t even give them an adequate trial because the smell makes me sick to my stomach and gives me a headache. It may work great, or it may fail miserably, I can’t test it long enough to see.It is hard for me to get the belts tight enough to get any sort of compression. I have some curves, but this belt is pretty one dimensional. That means if I make it tight enough to fit me around the bottom of it, the top is pretty loose. It’s hard to see this in the pictures, but it fits pretty poorly. Even if I slant the belt when I put it on, I can’t slant it far enough to fit otherwise the velcro hangs past the belt and I would have to secure it to my clothing instead, which I’m not willing to do.I will say that the bag it comes with for washing is pretty nice. I will definitely keep that and use it for any delicates when I wash my clothes. The belts, however, are going in the trash. I tried the belt on about 30 minutes ago, put it back in the bag in another room, and I still smell the chemicals from it. It may be the greatest weight loss belt in the world, but I still wouldn’t recommend it.

I don’t know if they work but this is a no miss
So I’ll be blatantly honest here. I’ve never tried a waist trainer before and imagine it will be some time before I could tell you if they work. Even then, could I definitively say that it’s the trainer and not me being more active? No. However, what I can say is that I’ve wanted to try one and you get TWO PLUS a laundry bag to wash them in for this price and at that price, it’s a no miss time to give it a try. At the very least it’s never a bad idea to have added support for your core and lower back when you’re working out. So if it can’t hurt and could possibly help, at this price, if you’ve always wanted to try one, this is the time. They have to be air dried so that would normally mean a day of down time. But not when you get two of them. And laundry bags are handy for so many items, I always say you really can’t have too many because you’ll find things to use them for on a daily basis when you aren’t washing your belts. You could have a delicates day if you already have some laundry bags and wash lots of delicates. If you don’t, they’re great for socks so that you don’t lose any. They’re great for panties and a must have for bras if you don’t hand wash. Anything with embellishments on it. So you’re really getting a great deal here. I can’t promise that wearing one of these will affect your waistline. I CAN promise you that it’s a great deal for everything you’re getting and that I’m not sorry that I waited.
