It works for it’s intended use. It is a little flimsy and thin, but I will see how long it lasts. It does sit a little higher under the bra line than other shirt vest that I have , but it might be because I ordered a larger size. After walking 2 miles, it stayed it place , no riding up the waist. No harsh odorsI might invest in a 2nd one in a smaller size.

This sauna sweat vest is a game changer for my workouts. The material feels comfortable and fits snugly without being restrictive. I have noticed that it helps increase my body temperature during exercise, leading to more sweat and a greater calorie burn.I like that this vest provides support while I’m working out. It keeps everything in place, which is a nice bonus. After a workout, I can really feel the difference in my body, and it gives me a satisfying sense of accomplishment. I love the fact that when I remove the vest I can see sweat dripping down and on to the floor. I appreciate how it raises my body temperature and allows me to sweat more and pushes me to burn more calories.As far as cleaning the vest, I just hand wash and hang to dry. And it dries rather quickly. I’m not sure how it would work in the washing machine, I may try and run it on a delicate cycle and still hang it to dry. Overall, I am satisfied with this sauna vest. It has enhanced my sweat sessions and gave me a boost to my fitness routine. I definitely recommend giving this sauna vest a try.

Lightweight and works as intended
This fits okay, a bit weird under your boobs. It seems to be an okay quality. It’s lightweight and soft but still has the ability to make you sweat your butt off. It’s easy to figure out and use – just put on and zip up. It wouldn’t take up much room to throw in a gym bag. This is supposed to help slim your waist, body shape, and tummy control. I haven’t used it long enough to determine if it does slim but for tummy control under clothes it does great. I only took off one star because of the weird under-boob-ness.
